Homemade Protein Based Nutrition Bars

I have a delicious and healthy recipe for my homemade protein based nutrition bars.
My protein bars are so easy to make.

2 Jars Organic Peanut Butter (approximately 2 cups)
Half cup of real, organic honey
Half cup of Coconut Nectar
* Mix wet ingredients together thoroughly
Sunflower seeds (your desired amount)
Flax seeds (your desired amount)
Quinao (your desired amount)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 bag mixed nuts
* Mill all ingredients in Bullet Blender
2 cups dry oats
half cup raisins
half cup dates diced
half cup prunes diced
half cup dried cranberries
Get a very large bowl and start mixing wet ingredients together. Slowly mix in dry ingredients. Next, add your raisins, dates, prunes and cranberries.
Thoroughly mix all ingredients.
Spread onto a baking sheet, cookie sheet or Pyrex.
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Enjoy your wholesome goodness either by themselves or with a dollop of probiotic yogurt.
